Privacy Policy

Tenka Clash is a Japanese Sengoku card game for iOS, Android, and Web. We collect only the information needed to run accounts, online rooms, purchases, entitlements, support, and gameplay integrity.

Information We Process

• Account identifiers from Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, such as provider subject ID, optional email, display name, locale, and session metadata.
• Gameplay information such as room state, match history, owned hero IDs, wallet balance, and reconnect state.
• Purchase records such as product ID, store transaction ID or purchase token, grant amount, refund state, and ledger history.
• Diagnostics generated by app requests, tests, support cases, and server errors.
• Allowlisted product events such as tutorial progress, game mode selection, legal or rejected actions, match completion, matchmaking wait, and purchase outcomes. Anonymous play uses a random installation and session ID; signed-in events may be linked to the internal account ID.

Payments

Apple and Google process payment details. Tenka Clash does not collect credit card numbers. Our server verifies store transactions before granting diamonds or hero unlocks.

How We Use Data

• To provide login, online play, friend rooms, matchmaking, wallet, purchase restore, and hero unlock features.
• To prevent abuse, tampering, duplicate purchase grants, and unauthorized access.
• To answer support requests and reconcile refunds or purchase problems.
• To improve onboarding, rules clarity, reliability, and game balance. We do not use these events for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and platform services only to operate authentication, payments, hosting, and security.

Retention And Deletion

You can request account deletion in the app settings or by contacting support. Account deletion revokes sessions, removes provider identity links and account-linked product events, and rotates the app's anonymous analytics ID. Purchase ledger records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, refund handling, tax, accounting, or legal obligations.

Children

Tenka Clash is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will review the request.
