Account Deletion

Logged-in players can request deletion from the app settings. Deletion revokes active sessions, unlinks Apple or Google identity records, and marks the account as deleted.

In-App Path

Open Tenka Clash, sign in, go to Settings, then choose Delete Account. Confirm the dialog to submit the deletion request.

Email Path

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". Include your platform, player name, and the login provider you used.

Retained Records

Some purchase ledger, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained as required. These records are used only for entitlement support and compliance.
